"Hotel was a bit old looking from the outside but once I entered to check in I wasn't as nervous. The young lady was nice. The outdoors smelled like marijuana so upon going to room I was scared. The room was clean and the biggest I've seen for double bed actually. There was an ironing board but no iron. My room was cleaned each day and I liked that. From reviews I was nervous about hot water but I can say after 3 people showering right after one another that wasn't an issue for us at all.The location was good being I was in town for my son's graduation.Upon check out I've never encountered where a staffer goes to check a room before giving back a cash deposit and that was definitely a inconvenience for me having to be gone by a certain time to make it ceremony. Another thing the woman didn't have change to give me deposit and I've never encountered that before. Most hotels put in individual envelopes. I was able to borrow $50 to give in exchange for $100. Overall I would say the place was decent and the location was great for me"

"You have to walk through a bedroom to get to another bedroom. Four of the rooms are like this leading one of our guest to get hotel. Walls and furniture dirty / stained. Front porch has wood rot. Three doorknobs didn’t work properly, one fell off completely. Upon arrival one of the beds did not have clean sheets, towels had holes. The management team dropped off clean sheets the next day and new towels with tags that needed to be wash before using. The house is a great space but needs some TLC. "

"Denied access. Host contacted me hours later only to tell me I would not get a refund even though we were unable to stay due to no fault of our own. The door code did not work. I had video of the door code provided failing. House is in shambles. Yard is terrible. Nothing has been done to this old home in years. Paint peeling. Front porch nearly caving in and unwalkable. Again denied access so have no clue what the inside was like but this is no mansion. And it’s not nice at all from the outside. 100% false advertisement and with the denied access feels like a scam. "

"The only good thing is the proximity to the hospital. The most important thing in providing accommodation is to have a comfort Bed, which is not was offered. The bed mattress did not fit the bed frame or box spring which leads to a mattress that shifts alot. By day four, it looks like there were termites in the shower. Upon the initial shock that the tiny house is located at the back of someone's property, the front door needs painting, and the odor upon entrance is that of a previous smoker's residency. The curtains are a little to see through for my liking. But I got through the week. "

"Cynthia, the owner, was excellent, super professional, attentive, helpful and very kind. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and beautifully kept. It had everything we needed; it truly provided everything. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We even asked for extra time to stay, and she kindly accommodated us with no issues at a very flexible cost. I highly recommend staying here it is an excellent place."
