The room was comfortable for the 3 of us. The roll away bed was handy, comfortable and fit well in the king size bedroom. The room was clean and the staff was helpful when we needed sheets and more towels. The exercise room was well equipped except the towels were missing and the electric treadmill didn't work during our stay. The lemon water in the entryway was a nice touch, the coffee was good and the breakfast area was well stocked with a large variety of popular hot and cold items. We'll stay again if we come back to the Columbus area.

I stay at this property alot and some things have changed but its still a decent property to stay at. The front desk staff is so nice and caring especially Brianna. She has helped fix two minor issues that I had and didn't complain not once. She even followed up with me later to make sure things were good. People like this make it worth staying and shows that they love their job.

Good breakfast options, needs better variety in little snack store, and a couple more towels. Also needs to replace or repair outlets on bedside lamps. Staff was super nice when we requested more towels and extra trash bags. Brianna, particularly at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel staff was very friendly and chek in was seamless. Interior of hotel needs some updating. The hallways and rooms are very musty and “wet” feeling. Areas of carpeting need replacement. The stairwell had an unpleasant order.
