"Location of property is very good as is overall property. Stayed in suite which I think is well worth extra money but furniture in main area of suite I feel could use updating. Have stayed here many times and will come back again. "

"Due to a shortage of housekeeping staff we couldn’t get into our room until 6pm! The floor in our room was gritty due to sand being brought into the room. The room obviously hadn’t been swept for some time and the shower tray wasn’t particularly clean. Location of hotel was very good, right on the beach. The beach was great, white powdery sand. We sat on the beach and didn’t use the pool as there was loud music blearing out there. There were lots of kids running around. Hotels.com website says that beach sun loungers and umbrellas are complimentary, but in fact this is incorrect as you had to pay $55 per day!"

"EXCELLENT LOCATION! Steps from the Beach with a Great view from the balcony. Walking distance to the Board Walk and Okaloosa pier and just a very short drive across the bridge to all of the shopping outlets on the main strip. The condo was super clean, as well as property grounds/pools/hot tub. It was well equipped with anything you need for the beach - boogie boards, sand castle buckets/shovels/nets, beach wagon, umbrella (the one we used had some issues, but worked well enough), beach chairs (didn't use because we brought out own) in the master bedroom closet - many things if I had know, would have saved room packing. Plenty of soaps, toilet paper, towels/wash cloths, etc. Again, very well stocked with all the necessities. Bonnie (the host) was Super responsive and So helpful and sweet with any questions we had, along with recommendations for local eats and things to do. Rockin Tacos - walking distance and right on the beach We took her up on the suggestion to go party deep sea fishing and OH My Goodness, we had an Absolute Blast! 4 minute drive to Destin Princess and Destiny Party Fishing Across the street from Wild Willy's Adventure Zone and down the street from Gulfarium. 10/10 recommend and plan on coming back!"

"Hotel and staff were nice, everything was clean and amenities were useful! We went on a rainy weekend so no much to do unfurtunately! Location is very convenient right on the beach and very close to restaurants! Would stay again."

"From the moment we arrived until we left everything was perfect. Front desk was welcoming and explained everything we needed to know. The lounge and 3 restaurants were clean, wait staff friendly and accommodating. Rooms clean and plenty of parking. Can’t wait to book it again!"

"Hotel was very nice and clean, room was clean. Very convenient having a fridge and microwave in the room. Views were fantastic. Pool was clean, bar was great and had good food too. A couple downsides, I got a text message before the stay asking if I wanted to “pay a discounted rate for parking” I selected yes and still got charged for the full amount after we left the hotel at the end of our stay. The walls are so thin we could hear every single conversation and noise that either of our neighbors made on each side of us. The newly remodeled bathroom looked great but the faucet for the sink was literally almost unusable, it was the wrong size and you couldn’t hardly wash your hands without running your fists into the back of the sink. The shower also leaked all over the bathroom floor through the shower doors. The last thing was I got a $6 charge a couple days after we left for “2 bottles of water” in the room. We never touched these $3 bottles of water, but got charged anyway. We reached out and the hotel never replied. Would love for someone to contact me about these charges and the problems we had with the hotel but it seems like they don’t care."
