"Very pleasant and friendly Filipino Staff during Check in & check out . Except for the big guy who 's on duty last night..he ignored my friend eho wants to ask for a towel . He didn't even say hi when she was there standing and waiting for a long time. My friend was upset. Nevertheless , Hotel is excellent and the Team Filipino Staff. Two thumbs up! "Beautiful room in stylish hotel. Well located in quite spot within walking distance of city centre and museums. Didn’t bother catching public transport during our stay, other than to and from airport, which was easier than we had anticipated. Staff very friendly and breakfast was great, well worth the money. Would recommend. "
