Room was a bit rundown, many wear and tear. Customer service is good and prompt. Laundry is in basement but required to download an app to use. Location is excellent with lots of food options and supermarkets around. 10-15 mins to Wien station but not travel friendly if you have big luggages as the ...

Getting too dirty
I didn't get to check out Schewat, I only stayed within the airport vicinity. If you're only doing a quick stopover definitely take advantage of the airport it is about a 5 min walk. They have a supermarket, a few restaurants and even a small pub!
