"Staff were fantastic, could not do more to help you. Food was lovely. Room was very basic, but clean, only thing I would suggest is to place fans in the room as it was extremely hot. Other than that I would stay there again. "

The bathroom was nice as it looked as if it had been upgraded recently. There was no ac & we could only open the window a few inches. We had a very small fan, inadequate. "I had not realised in advance that it was a net carbon neutral hotel. I was absolutely amazed by all the design and actions that were at work to make this hotel eco-friendly. Brilliant - if this hotel can do it, so can most others!
Elegant Skandi look to all the architecture, inside and out, all practical and with a purpose, but attractive also.
Bed comfortable, bathroom great (shower excellent) and I was able to have fresh air through a filter panel in the window also.
Room was reasonably priced.
Dinner was good and priced OK.
Continental breakfast was very nice; the cooked breakfast not so successful, and I think at £20 was overpriced.
