"Excellent. Nice room. Good size. Good location. There was a problem with the tub. It was sorted straight away. I was given a different room. The breakfast was good value. I enjoyed the dinner I had there."

"Excellent decor and central location to all the cities amenities. Shower room is in need of a deep clean to remove black mould accumulating in the bathroom. Of note, the coffee machine could also do wirh a clean on a much more regular basis because there's no evidence of maintenance. There is a slow biuldup of mould in the loading chamber Security: I had booked 2 rooms for our trip. The following morning I felt a room card under my bed sheet, which I subsequently tested on both rooms. To my surprise the key opened both doors, so I took it to the reception desk. Reception confirmed it was a house key for cleaning staff, that couldopen all doors and had been made inactive. I asked that they tighten up their security to safeguard their patrons, now and in the future."
