Beautifully decorated, cozy, quiet, and well appointed with many thoughtful touches. I highly recommend staying here for couples getaway or personal retreat to the hot springs which are just a few minutes away.
This place is near the hot springs, river and wildlife preserve. It’s quiet and clean. Just what I needed. Thanks much!

Absolutely loved our stay. The area is stunning and it was the perfect getaway from the city. The cabin was clean and had a lot of lovely touches such as local coffee and snacks. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals during our stay. We were fortunate enough to see the northern lights right outside the front door! It felt like a home away from home and will absolutely be looking to stay here again in the future!
Everything was great. Nice quiet spot and very comfortable. The hosts were easy to contact and very nice to deal with. The only thing I found missing was ac wich is probably rarely needed so far North. I would gladly stay again.
The property was exactly as described and was just perfect for us. Clean, well located and the owners were very responsive and just great to deal with. We don’t have anything bad to say about our stay. Thank you Maria and Randy!
Was absolutely perfect. The loation to the Hot springs was perfect. The place had everything you needed and more. We enjoyed the nice treat basket. Would be nice to find out where the jelly can be purchased!
This cozy cabin was one of the nicest of many places we have stayed. It had Northern character with all the comforts of home. So many nice touches, from the tasty treats in the welcome basket to the Yukon wildlife pillows. It may look rustic (in a good way) but it even has a dishwasher!
The cabin was cozy & cute, kitchen was well equipped and overall listing was exactly as advertised. We loved being just outside of town and the very close proximity to the hot springs & the wildlife reserve was ideal for us. The little welcome basket of homemade goodies was such a thoughtful touch!

Northern Flare is a beautiful cabin that gets you away from the city while being close enough to get to all amenities easily. It is steps away from the Yukon Wildlife Preserve and a very short drive to the spa, which is definitely worth visiting. Everything you could need is provided at the cabin. It's a relaxing home away from home.
We were very pleased with the up to date cabin - everything was quite perfect and we enjoyed every minute we were there. The bed linen was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Kitchen appliances were very new and easy to use. Absolutely no complaints at all! We definitely hope to be able to stay there on our next visit to the Yukon!
The cabin was clean and a perfect size for a couple. The location is great - right next door to the wildlife preserve and just down the road from the hot springs and a coffee shop. It was only a 20-minute drive from Whitehorse and its location outside of the city makes it a perfect spot for Northern Lights. Would highly recommend.
The property was exactly as pictured - cute, cozy & VERY clean, and in a great location - next to the Yukon Wildlife Preserve, minutes from Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs & about 15-20 minutes from Whitehorse. The host, Maria, was extremely responsive & helpful & even let us borrow her bear spray for our hikes. We loved our stay at the Northern Flare & hope to be back some day!
We had been camping for a few days so the use of a quiet house with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a nice little house was just right for us. It is very close to the Nordic spa, the wildlife preserve, and trails. We didn’t mind being some miles from Whitehorse. It was a cute house on a nice property. There was a gift basket with lots of local goodies. Thanks for a great stay.
It was wonderful. Here is a cabin in the middle of the woods with character. Inside it is both bright with sunlight and cozy.
It is not far from Carcross and that makes eating at the cabin in the middle of the day possible. Ice cream at the general store, going to the native cultural center, and the Carcross Desert are all experiences in the area.
This was a great spot to get away from crowds of people. It was quiet, beautiful, and relaxing. The host couple were amazing and friendly. We had a lot of fun with them the first night when they were trying to help us out with the TV. We even got 2 pieces of cake.!! Also extras were fresh scones, popcorn, coffee, tea and jams. Washer and dryer were an added bonus since we had been traveling for a while. The place was very clean. We were able to use the BBQ they had provided with the property. Totally recommend this place

Property was as described online, maybe a tad tricky in dark to finds. Turn is right before wildlife park. Nice little snacks, baked good for breakfast, Yukon mini jam. Coffe tea supplied. No place to hang coat once in side door, not sure why main door was not used. Also the plug in smell was overpowering g but once unplugged and aired out was good to go. . WouldMaybe have less glass blown decoration pieces, they are everywhere, just a personal Preference. Would Definitely stay again.

This cabin is a hidden gem. Just under half an hour outside Whitehorse it's a great place to kick back and relax. We did not have a car but still found enough to do in the area with access to two bikes for transportation. The nearby nature reserve is definitely worth a visit, and the Hot Springs are also very relaxing. Had we had more time, it would've been fun to explore the, research for us too. The cabin is very well appointed with everything you need to cook/bbq and even have a campfire in the midnight sun! The washer and dryer were an extra bonus. Note there is no grocery nearby so pick up supplies before leaving town. Owners were very responsive. They even left us a surprise welcome package of local coffees and treats! Highly recommend.
