I had a 3 day stay and they didn’t clean the rooms at all and had to beg for clean towels. Felt like I was bothering them. On the flip side Ricks restaurant was very good which is connected to the property.

Vastly overpriced for what it was. Room was only about 10 meters from the road. Poor water heater device for tea and coffee. Hot water and coffee in lobby also not hot. Overheard some others who were told the shuttle to the airport was full. The hotel should have made alternate arrangements for them. The bed was comfy (as they have been everywhere else). Great shower.

We had an awesome stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Whitehorse but especially families with pets. Very comfortable and relaxing stay with super nice and helpful stay. Thank you.

Our bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The wifi and TV (which required the WiFi to work) were not functional. Only two thin towels provided. No coffee in the lobby in the morning. For the price I just expect better.

This was an excellent facility to stay at. The price was great and the accomodations were clean and comfortable. Only issue - the room was on the highway side of the building, road traffic was a bit much however, I did not specify to stay on the quieter side of the building. Would stay again for sure!

The remodel is very nice and great that you all except pets, but no grass nearby at all super difficult. The rooms are nice but the doors need to be replaced please do so, you can see underneath there is light that comes around them you can hear everything! Parking is not great either.

I was scared because the reviews were bad, but honestly had a great experience. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and clean. The washroom looks recently renovated, all clean and bright. The staff was very polite. We rented a car, and the parking was free. The hotel is very close to a restaurants and grocery stores. I had a good stay.
