"Stayed in the new solana tower which was very clean and spacious. Overall stay was good but the solana tower only has two elevators available for guest to use. This made it a nightmare to get to your room. There were long lines to get on the elevator and when checking out we had to wait almost 25-30 minutes for the elevator to stop on our floor not full. We eventually had to press the up button to ride to the 42nd floor to come back down to our floor which was on 32 just to then hit every floor until we reached the first floor. We hit every floor because people were waiting to get on the elevator. Again there should be more working elevators for this tower as it’s a complete nightmare. Also there should be more signs to the car garage from the solana tower it would be helpful in navigating out of there. "

"Good breakfast and coffee. Clean rooms. Grounds need improvement. Hallway carpets need heavier padding as footsteps reverberate in the rooms."
