"I always recommend this hotel as a “special treat “ to my friends. The building is gorgeous! This trip, I must mention Nadia, from the cafe in the Lobby. Her behavior towards a co worker was inexcusable. She berated her loudly in front of customers and was rude to a guest merely trying to pick up his coffee order. The co worker was almost in tears. I wanted to complain to management but was rushing to meet my husband."
