"The listing does not state that the unit is part of a house. This should be made clear.The neighborhood is quiet and is in a very convenient location. The unit looks lovely and everything seems new. The decor is very nice and the furniture is comfortable. "I stayed at the Showboat from **August 14th through August 16th**, and overall, I had an excellent stay. The **staff was very friendly and helpful**, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only cleanliness issue I noticed was behind the dresser, which could have used more attention. My biggest disappointment was **Ace**, the buffet restaurant located inside the Showboat. I couldn't find a separate listing for the restaurant, so I'm including my experience here. Unfortunately, there were **so many flies around the dining area that it was difficult to sit and enjoy our food**. We paid about **$55 for two people**, and considering the problem with the flies, I did not feel the meal was worth the price. This is definitely something that needs to be addressed, especially in a restaurant where food is being served. Aside from the experience at Ace, **our stay at the Showboat was excellent**. The staff made us feel welcome, and I would stay at the hotel again. I just wouldn't return to the buffet unless the fly problem was taken care of."

"Overall it was a good stay. I would make sure that there are active cleaning staff available in rotation. There was water on the casino floor and a pregnant woman also fell. Also the bathroom sink in the hotel room was clogged. Just need to upgrade the maintenance of the complex."
