"This was our first Air B&B experience and it exceeded our expectations! The unit was close to local amenities and activities. A suggestion would be a sound bar on the TV in the main room to redirect the sound towards the room the main as opposed to the adjacent room - goes right through the walls! Might also check the remote in main bedroom - it was inoperatable. Last thing. Perhaps some outside chairs to enjoy the Oregon air! These are just small things and didn't affect our overall ratiing in...

"I really appreciated the quiet location of this property. Close to anything you would want to do in ashland. I stayed for business and worked graveyard shift. I was able to sleep during the day without any interruptions. Might add a small table and chair outside to enjoy your coffe in the morning. I will look this place up on my next visit... this is how your stay should go. Great job to the hostess..."

"We lived our stay! Great location with easy walking distance to shops, food, theater and park (there is a hill but most of Ashland is hilly). The place was very clean, well stocked, comfortable and had everything we needed. The gardens were lovely with places to sit, relax and enjoy the scenery. The views did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again should we return to Ashland."
