The receptionist was more intent on writing a note to housekeeping than talking to me. It was oh sorry we let it get empty until filling it. My fault apparently I should have rung them. I was wet in the shower with conditioner in my hair. This is a basic requirement especially at over $300 per night. Yes these things get missed it was the staffs attitude that upset me. "It is just a basic motel with good space and two spare beds in the mezzanine. A good central location. As we were in an upstairs unit it would have been good to have an outside light as it was close to unsafe on the stairs at night. A couple of biscuits would be appreciated on arrival to go with the coffee. "
