As this accommodation was inexpensive we were pleasantly surprised by our nice room and the breakfast being included. We would recommend dinner at The Crow tavern.
The room was not very clean - it badly needed a vacuum and a through clean of the bathroom which amongst other things had a long hair just left on the sink.
And my bed's mattress was lumpy and well past the point where it needed to be replaced. The sheets were clean, though, even if not much else was.
The location was convenient to taking the ferry back north, and too shopping and food.
