"Very kindly the exceptional concierge left the key for us after travel cancellation meant we were very late arriving. Good friendly service and a lovely view over the harbour. NZ is expensive so the cost was not out of line with other properties. I would recommend it. We got the penultimate free room so obviously it is v popular. "
