    Located on a farm in Whenuakite, 20mims from Whitianga and 10mins from cooks beach.
    Large barn area for cooking and showering.
    This accomodation would suit families on a budget that want to come and enjoy what the coromandel has to offer without wanting to pay for luxury accomodation.
    The accomodation is clean, functional but will require you to bring your own sheets and are priced accordingly.
    All cabins have power but all the living facilities are located in the barn.

Best for backpackers

Not ideal for a family. Very dirty shared area, rats ate our bread overnight. Unable to lock the cabins when we went out for the day, and the shared area was also unable to be locked. Came in to find people in the shared area doing laundry. Dirty laundry piled up where the tenants next door do their washing. TV not operational unless you have a laptop with HDMI cables, which we didn't have. Path to cabins over-grown with weeds and grass. Cabins were brand new and nice and clean though! Definitely more suited to backpackers rather than families.
