Top Wheatland Hotel Reviews

Thunder Valley Casino Resort

10/10 Excellent

"Clean and comfortable rooms, good size"

Northern Queen Inn

8/10 Good

"Reception / Check in was a little confusing - but once I found it all went smoothly. Loved that the Reception area was staffed at 6am and was able to grab a couple things to snack on in the car before hitting the road. Only thing I wished would have been different was if the restaurant would have been open. But the Old Town area was really fun and super friendly people everywhere."

Auburn House Hotel

8/10 Good

"It was right in the freeway, so the road noise was a little loud. Also, there was a significant amount of dust and debris in one corner, and if I had been traveling with children I would have asked that it be cleaned or I have another room. But since I wasn’t staying in the room much, I just ignored it. The breakfast was ok, but the pancake machine ran out of batter around 9am and there was no active attendant on duty to change it, so the second day I only got one pancake."

Home2 Suites by Hilton Roseville Sacramento

8/10 Good

"The check in didn’t go real well. We requested a 4th floor King Suite but it wasn’t available. My wife called beforehand and was promised that would be taken care of but obviously that was not the case. We were told a room on the 1st floor would be ready in a half hour. We ended up wating 90 minutes. The manager(Sarah)on duty was very unprofessional. She told us maybe this hotel is not for you. The front desk person Ruth was bery friendly, helpful and accommodating. The next day the manager Elaine couldn’t have been nicer along with the front desk person Shannon. Elaine said she would speak to Sarah about her behavior. She gave us extra Hilton Honors points towards on next stay at the hotel. We love the location but were very disappointed with the manager( Sarah)at check in. Thank goodness for Elaine,Ruth and Shannon."
