She was very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.We accidentally left makeup bag behind after checking out, and Anna was so kind and went out of her way to arrange a courier and send it back to me. "I think this an excellent value for a large group considering it sleeps 12. The view is beautiful and shops and restaurants are a short 5-10 minute drive away. The driveway is a bit narrow and daunting going down at night but our mid size suv did fine. Really appreciate the many spices, oil, vinegar and even some flour, sugar and other baking needs. Decent dishes and glassware although a few pans are a bit past their prime. Communication with the host was excellent and much appreciated. "
