"Whether you want to go on an adventure in the area or simply relax after a long trip, this is the perfect place. The room was comfortable, the spa very enjoyable after a day of hiking, and the animals friendly (as long as corn is part of the deal). "An absolutely stunning location. Rolling hills, native bush and a beautiful lake. If you want to see the vast expanse of stars with no light pollution at night, settle into the rhythm of the gentleness of time without phones and TV, this is your place. It is rustic, but cozy and comfortable. So many lovely touches... lovely memories made and a few good books devoured from the deck in the sunshine. Thanks Evan for sharing this special place. "

"Excellent and fully fenced as mentioned, heaps of spaces for GSD to run around and get tired by the end of the day. The host were very accomodating and thoughtful by providing goodies like bacon and free range eggs ready for us. Thoughtful to have little teddies on the bed with chocolates as well. Plenty of toys and games ( think of pedal Kart, tennis, cricket, lawn game and many more) did not have to go out for sightseeing, as this property included so much for all of us to spend the day there."

"Well first of all there was nothing to dislike. Mill cottage is a very quiet place wonderful for a few days away from town. A true rural environment with everything that you wish for in the way of provisions. The resident cat called kitten is very friendly. We took our dog with us and eventually two of them got on well together! Thanks to the host Amanda this was a wonderful stay. "

It met our needs to our own space. it was warm and comfortable. only problem was Bookabatch payment system that rejected second payment on two different cards. "The Butchers shop was a great place to stay to see and do lots on the Forgotten Highway. Close to the famous pub, it was clean cosy and very comfortable. Great place to stay!"
