"Fantastic place, charming, quiet, Terry a great host/owner; beautiful location 2.5 km walk to downtown Tairua but pitch dark at night, glad I had a reflector vest Basics in place for cooking, TV has Netflix, prime and good channels. Water across the street, complimentary kayaks and shovels for hot beach ( but I was late getting there) Great base to take off in day trips Definitely my go to should I ever return."

"This place grows on you. Evn though it needs some TLC, everything is there. It has a well set up kitchen (apart from a toaster - please note), good wifi, and the beds are comfie. Even get a little veiw of the harbour. So, for the price point its a 5 star kiwi bach."
