"Very dirty room. When i checked in he had a bad attitude. I spilled a little water on floor from my glass. I wiped it up with a small hand towel. It was about a 2foot by 3 foot area. Check out the photos!Also the cover on the ac unit fell off during the night. Windows were not clean. Not a great value "

"I booked a room online, said this BEst WEstern allowed pets. But when arrived with my dog, said they don't anymore, but would have to since the info online had not been changed. Couldn't get any hot water."

"The room was clean and updated. I actually did not have any problem with the room bathroom or condition of the hotel. However, the continental free breakfast got a zero out of a possible score of 10 green bananas, cold coffee bagels that were harder than rocks. Don’t waste your time if you’re going to book this hotel for the breakfast go somewhere else but if you don’t care about the breakfast I would say the accommodations were very good. "

"Clean room. Excellent location near the interstate and coliseum; plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable bed. Many options on TV. Rooms need a fridge. The sink was clogged."

"They told us when we checked in about construction. That was not a problem. However, the buffet for breakfast, did not look appetizing, was not being monitored appropriately, so we skipped it. Overall, not a great experience. Room was ok."
