"The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable but the pillows were trash. They look nice and fluffy but go completely flat as soon as you put your head on them. I found the hidden power outlet on the front of the left hand corner of the table. I don't know how I even saw it. Lol. The shower is wonderful! You can adjust the overhead shower head so it doesn't spray straight down if you don't like that. Bathroom is nice but could use more lighting. The light in the makeup mirror didn't...

"The property was very nice and clean. The staff friendly. The compressor in our room needed to be repaired and was very loud preventing us from sleeping. The maintenance person looked at it and had no idea what to do. The key device to our room did not work and we had to replace keys multiple times and stand at the door trying to access the room multiple times before we could get in. Other than room condition, our stay was very nice."

"So many problems but i have tinsay staff did thier best ti rectify them. My main issue is that the price keot going up n up n up and ultimately we had to just switch hotels. The fact that the managers really do try to helpnis a plus! But the stress was alot on me. No coffe no cups no ice tvs dont work well at all and you have to physically catch the housekeeping to get service. Just alot of hassles "
