I want to personally thank AJ , I called the property 3 times and was continuously transferred as my fiance and I needed an early check in for a transplant appointment in NC . Until she answered I felt unheard . She was precise , honest , set realistic expectations and when we did arrive the other attendant found an open room immediately . It was a very short stay but I am very pleased and will return.

The room was nice and clean. Pillows way too soft. They give complimentary water however I had to call several times to get the water. Big bar scene due to multiple events at the hotel. All in all, a nice hotel which could be better with small adjustments.
