"I wanna highlight some things I DID think were great:
The room was clean, the staff I encountered were kind. I got a good nights sleep during my two night stay.
The property itself smelled like sewage from the parking lot, and sparsely throughout district 1 main floor.
The parking lot is an absolute NIGHTMARE! Hotel keys did not work to go in or out for my duration there, and I would assume many guests also had the same issue as the wait to exit their one lane (yes, one lane) parking structure took a whooping 38 mins! You’d think a Caesar’s property would have common sense to put a parking attendant to dispatch guests faster. Nope! Not the Linq.
The check in process was also terrible. I used the closest set of “express” check in machines. Got a receipt, but no keys. Had to see a hotel staff member (what’s the point of an express check in if after going through, not one but two faulty machines, I still have to see a staff member?) I got a phone call from a manager (name I won’t disclose) about my initial rating about the check in process. I called him back and am still waiting on a reply. This was over 24 hours ago.
I would probably never consider this hotel again for future stays, the parking situation was enough for me to never want to return. The other stuff, while bad wouldn’t have been a deal breaker. "
