"I likes the whole experience except I forgot my diabetic medication in the refrigerator when I checked out and went back for it 3 hours later and they said it was thrown out by house keeping . While I do understand certain things being thrown out but medication is insane !"

"The customer service was excellent -with the front desk staff very kind and welcoming and made my check-in very quick and smooth. The valet staff were also very kind and quick with my vehicle requests (they kindly opened the door for the two of us- passenger and driver, daily). The lobby level restaraunt staff was also very hospitable and provided great service during breakfast. The hotel was clean and grand (i.e., shopping, dining, rooftop pool. and the gym) and I loved the different towers layout. I did not walk to any nearby attractions, but the location was convenient and easy to get to in the downtown area. The room itself was very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and comforter. The only down side was that I couldn't find an iron and ironing board, unless this was located elsewhere or upon request? I will definitely stay here again when I return to Los Angeles, CA."

"The Paris property was excellent and well-maintained. There is a good mix of restaurants, coffee shops, and things to do. We loved going to the top of the Eiffel Tower and eating the delicious dinner at the Gordon Ramsay Steak House in Paris. The Alexxa restaurant was very good and so was the Beer Park. We loved our stay at the Paris Las Vegas."
