"This time strong I was a little disappointed. The wellness rooms is what brought us back to the Excalibur. That not being available this anymore and all rooms being standard no. Smoking didn’t make them better. "

"The check in lady was rude, no good morning,no smile nothing. It was vey confusing trying to find the room. They have way to many elevators that take you to, to many diffrent rooms in this hotel. Get on the wrong one and you wont be able to find your room. The room it self was ok, smelled good, but dirty towels to dry off with after a really bad shower! The show has no tub, so you can't relax or shave, the shower has no door, but a small piece of glass and a curtain that will blow up on you when your trying to wash your body,EWWW just bad!!! And the floor gets soked! Ewww! Just bad! The cashier was very rude,I asked for change to get on the bus, I had my 11 year old daughter with me and had to send her ALONE to the cafe that was around the corner, out of my eye site so the cashier could give $20 in change. The cashier almost didnt give me change because I had my daughter with me. I asked to speak to the manager when she finilly gave me the change. We had dunkin drinks and for 2 small drinks it came out to $17.95, just crazy! We tried out the ziplining, the experience was awesome!! but once again the staff was very rude,just not happy at all.I am a happy person with a awesome sence of humor so when I come in all happy and excited and the people who helping me has a bad attitude with no smiles or anythig its a real turn off,its like all staff hate working there for some reason and they took it out on me and my daughter.I will not stay here and would not recommend staying here. "
