Check-in is easy, the pictures are accurate, the kitchen and bathroom are great, and the location in downtown Northampton is super walkable to cafes, shops, Smith, etc. If I'm ever back anywhere near the area, I will definitely try to stay there again. 10/10"

"We had a wonderful relaxing stay in this gorgeous place. The listing is just as described, natural light filled, high ceilings, on the top floor, comfortable bedding, and a thoughtful host. Lea left the A/C on, a bottle of water in the fridge, lots of good coffee, and even some hot cocoa packets for our son. The boba shop right downstairs was awesome and had fun gift items. There is a diner next door and some fantastic restaurants 15-20 minutes away. Very convenient to Mass MOCA and...

"We loved our stay in Apt A! Easy to find, close to town and shops. The apartment was well equipped and stocked. The backyard space is a peaceful oasis. Listening to the river while relaxing in an Adirondack chair was exactly what my husband and I needed. It’s walking distance to the college campus and the Water St. Grill is right across the street! "

"The apartment didn't look anything like the pictures. It was dingy and had a smell to it that we couldn't tolerate and that lingered in our nostrils for hours after we left. The kitchen area was unusable -- what passed for a table was at the same level as the chair seats, which made it impossible to use. Finally, we had to move a big trash bag full of trash out of the way before even being able to get in the door. We left within minutes after arriving and went to a hotel. "
