"facility needs to be updated. Parking lot hard to get into - insufficient signage Corridors smelled stale. Room was clean and beds comfortable but not enough outlets near beds. Please take as constructive criticism, not complaints. Would stay again if the need arises. "

"The hotel was absolutely spotless, the staff was perfect, the breakfast was OK. The only drawback is being right next the highway. The noise from the passing vehicles prevented a good night's sleep. This is of no fault of the hotel or the staff but it is something to take into consideration. "

"Room was clean. The only thing that was not great was the position of the TV in the room. On side of the bed instead of adjacent to the wall. Was hard to watch while in bed. But loved the shower "

"Beautiful facility. Unfortunately we arrived after 8 pm and restaurant and bar were closed and are also closed on Monday. I did find it odd that all dining options on site are not available on Mondays. It should be noted that Northampton has lots of dining options, although some are also closed on Mondays. Breakfast at the hotel, however, is plentiful. We will return, being sure to avoid a Monday stay."
