"We had a great stay at the Mercure ICON. The lobby was modern, clean, and welcoming, and the staff were consistently helpful, professional, and friendly throughout our visit. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and was a great way to start each day. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Chinatown, with easy access to nearby MRT stations. Both Lau Pa Sat and Maxwell Food Centre were less than five minutes away, making it ideal for exploring Singapore’s local food scene. Rooms are a little on the small side, but that’s typical for the region and didn’t impact our comfort at all. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly manageable for a family stay. Our flight was delayed on departure, and the staff were extremely accommodating, they let us extend our stay and even kept us in the same room, which was greatly appreciated. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Singapore."
