"BIG fan of this property -- mostly because of the people. While a bit dated, that's part of the charm and the staff was some of the friendliest I've experienced. Super helpful, super accommodating, and super friendly. A short, mostly pretty walk to "downtown" made it easy to not have to drive a lot and outside of losing power (not in their control), it was a great, relaxing stay! Can't wait to come back and try their dining options (and sadly skipped breakfast, too much to do!)."

"The property is beautiful and well cared for. The japanese bathhouse is very special and our group loved spending time there. The pickleball courts and provided paddles/balls were also a hit with everyone. Walking around the property was wonderful as was using the provided firewood to build a fire in the outdoor fireplace. The kitchen was also well stocked with equipment and we didn't find ourselves missing anything. The beds and linens were also very comfortable and luxurious. Overall, clearly a well-designed and special property. "

The house itself is comfortable, well-appointed, and exactly as described in the provided materials. "Went for an anniversary trip - the place was very accommodating and eclectic. Would have been nice to have instructions for the wall air conditioners and sauna, but we finally figured it out. The location was good - walking around Monte Rio and so close to Guernville, the ocean and the river! The Amenities were great - washer/dryer, dish washer, the decks. Very comfy"

"The Inn and the cottage were absolutely beautiful. Very clean, well cared for, very quiet. Walking distance to small street with restaurants and shops. The location is central to many activities, all within 20-25 min wonderful drive. The hosts were very gracious, we absolutely loved it...we'll be back soon. Icing on the cake, EV charger on premises.
