"Clean and friendly"

"We had a delightful stay at Jujube! The cottage was comfortable and well equipped with extra touches throughout (an electric tea kettle, clear instructions about the televisions/media, and tips for local restaurants and things to do). The outdoor space was excellent and had plenty of seating and multiple levels for wildlife viewing or stargazing. We had a quiet and restorative stay, and we definitely hope to return in the future."

"Quiet, very clean and convenient cute hotel in better location near Guerneville. Very clean, cute well designed remodeled hotel with very clever design solutions to remedy a little tight room. (cute bird shape coat hangers on the wall, color coordinated min i Also very well thought check-in and check-out for guest convenience. Room has mini coffee maker, small refgirator, and microwave. Night light shade, and fridge and microwave were blue color coordinated and so cute. It is next to golf course and its safes and restaurant, and it has bigger open glass area next to swimming pool It can be used for waling pet dog or children's play area, or just chill in the event when swimming pool is open. One thing we wished to have is a one more extra chair in the room so that we can sit and eat our breakfast in the room. Also we would like having better soap that was not hard initially and melt so quickly. I wanted to give 5 stars but these points could be better."

"Host was welcoming and responded timely when needed. This cozy river property was perfect for a weekend getaway with our pups. We love being within 20 minutes of the ocean. Lots of great beaches and hiking trails to explore. We will definitely come back again in the summer or fall to spend some time on the river. "

"Room smelled of sewage. The bathroom was very small with a sliding door. We got the room because we saw a jacuzzi/spa in the listing, but it wasn’t running. Bummer! The speak easy was very cool though and the included breakfast was a plus."

"The host was welcoming but not the most responsive by email. Most things in the house were working fine. There were a lot of ants in the downstairs unit and we didn't want to use ant spray with small children around. Washer looked to be moldy inside, which was concerning. The kitchen had everything except a whisk."

"Lovely stay in a gorgeous setting among the redwood trees. The house was unique and spacious for our family of 5. The neighboring town of Guerneville and the Armstrong Preserve were highlights, as well as the local wineries.We would highly recommend this property and would stay here again. Only negative was lack of toiletries and no dishwasher. Didn’t mind doing the dishes but the dishes in the cabinets needed a good cleaning. "
