"Clean room and breakfast had a good selection of warm and cold: eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, pancakes, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, juice, muffins, toast, bagels, coffee. Well lit parking lot. The one downside is that it's close to the freeway so you can hear a bit of traffic at night. The pool area was a tad small, but still nice. The hot tub wasn't extremely hot and only a few jets worked, but was still good."

"Inside and out, I can’t say a negative word. We thoroughly loved the place and will definitely use it on return visits. Even the gardeners who showed up our last morning were very mannerly, even though they weren’t part of the property. The pool and hot tub were very clean and very much enjoyed. "

"This house was very well suited for our purposes. It was centrally located in AZ so we could travel to see places like Sedona, Tucson, etc. The hosts generously allowed us to have our dog and 2 cats with us, and that was very much appreciated. It's in a residential area, so was quiet, but had good access to shopping and pet care. Attractions in Phoenix were also within a convenient distance (esp. if timed to avoid Phoenix traffic jams). The house had 5 bedrooms which we found useful for family visits. Communications with the hosts were excellent. All-in-all, we had a great time and would recommend the property. "
