    Open, bright, single level home with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Spacious, comfortable great room with reclining furniture and a cozy area rug. Dining room table with a large leather bench for big group meals or game nights! Well equipped, modern kitchen with eat-in bar and large island. Breakfast nook with high top table. 60" TV in room off of kitchen with couch, extra seating/storage/trays. Primary bedroom has King size bed, wall mounted tv & blu ray player, huge walk in closet and features ensuite bath with huge custom shower featuring dual shower heads (one rain head & one hand held) & built in bench. 18" Queen Airbed with headboard & internal pump available for extra charge. Graco Pack & Play (mattress pad & sheet provided) available for an extra charge. Second King bedroom is down the hall & has a comfy accent chair & a large closet with built in shelving. The other 2 bedrooms both feature 2 Twin XL beds & large closets with built in shelving. The second full bath has a Tuscan inspired tub surround & sink.
    The back yard features abundant seating, a high top fire pit table with swivel chairs & the sparkling pool & spa of your dreams!
    ***Pool only reaches swimmable temps late March through late October. Spa is propane heated (at time of use) and is available all year.

House was perfect for our trip to watch baseball. Plenty of room, the house had all the amenities we needed, well maintained and clean. We really enjoyed the back patio space to hang out. Would recommend for any group traveling for a long weekend in the Phoenix area.

We had an amazing time celebrating the Thanksgiving holiday with our family! There was plenty to entertain us: putting green, spa, and a chest FULL of games and puzzles that we put to use. The neighborhood was great! We walked to the nearby park and played football and then walked around looking at the house lights that many had already had up. Our host was amazing and was very quick to answer ALL questions we had. Peoria is a nice part of town with plenty to do and shopping very close.

My husband and I stayed specifically for the location so close to Peoria stadium. It’s also close to shopping and many restaurants. The house is clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the spa and the putting green. I would stay again in the future and would recommend to others. Thanks for the great stay!

Everything was great! We had a couple very minor issues that were IMMEDIATELY addressed by the owner! Nice large pool. Beds were comfortable. Our friends were very impressed as it was their first time staying in a VRBO.

Entertainers backyard home

The house & backyard were perfect for us & our friends to enjoy spending our time there. The BBQ propane tanks were empty when we arrived, but Bernadine responded very quickly & sent someone over to refill them the next day. We enjoyed our stay there & would stay there again in the future.

Homegrown Paradise

My daughter ,a couple of her friends & I stayed here- played in the water and watched TV- did the board game night and popped popcorn. I could not have been more relaxed here- the atmosphere was just great. The owner provided pool floats, towels- soap etc etc - and the most comfortable bed ever. I am looking forward to staying here again...I would have to say one of my favorite.

Great gathering place

This was a great location with a wonderful backyard. We were meeting friends that live across the States, and kids had a great time playing together in the mini golf area, and the pool was excellent. Large and spacious, enough space for everyone! Bernadette was an extremely responsive host and helped us fix an issue with the spa immediately... I just did not read the directions well and she was very gracious. Would definitely come back to stay!

Family Reunion

The home was very nice, clean and well equipped with everything . Great outdoor space for family to come visit us. The location and neighborhood was convenient to everything. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. My only criticism is the rugs in the 3 bedrooms are dated and need to be replaced, possibly with wood floors so it’s not dusty. Also it can use another tv in the Living Room since the family room has limited seats. Overall though it was clean, neat and we enjoyed the home.

Location was perfect and the house is beautiful!

This is the second time I've stayed in this home and will continue to book it as I vacation in Peoria. The location is close to everything I needed - Top Golf, Pickleball, Arrowhead Towne Center, lots of restaurants and shopping. It's about 30 minutes from the airport. There is almost everything I needed in the home but if there's something the host, Bernadine, can help with, she'll do it with a quick text. She's the most responsive host I've had and truly wants you to enjoy everything about your stay. I highly recommend!!!

Great location and beautiful home!

The location of this beautiful home was perfect for us with many shops and restaurants nearby. Most things were only a few minutes away, others 15 minutes, and even the airport was 30 minutes early in the morning. The house is really nice and equipped with most items you need. Plenty of towels, shampoo, kitchen items, cards and games, and pool floats. The bed situation was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 4 kids (2 bedrooms have king beds, 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each). The owner is amazing and communicated with us throughout our stay when we had questions. Large garage to park your car in to keep it as cool as possible in that hot Phoenix sun. We look forward to a return visit and highly recommend this vacation home!

Absolutely Perfect!

This home was fantastic…spotlessly clean, very well stocked with anything you need, and extremely convenient to the 101 expressway. I have used VRBO many times, and this home delivers with the most important points: Very clean, extremely comfortable beds and bedding, adequate water pressure in the shower, ridiculously simple check in procedure, fantastic private back patio with realistic putting green. We didn’t use the pool or spa, as it was February, but they are clean and beautiful. The 3 car garage is uncluttered and spotless (we parked on a carpet!). The home is also close to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, etc. By far, the best home we have ever stayed in. Exactly what a 5-Star rental should be.

Family Christmas get away

My overall impression was a 4 1/2 star out of 5 but it didn't give that option. Home was very close to interstate and very nice had plenty of games to play n my family loved the putt putt golf. However i was disappointed that there were only 2 tv in the home and with multiple people we needed more. It was December when i stayed couldn't get hot tub to get hot enough to get in, had bathtub but could only take showers our little one wanted to do bath. TV not a real drawback just my preference. Really nice place would rent it again.
