Opened door to very stale and smelly room. Very poor condition. There were no tissues, no milk or water in the fridge. One piece of small soap between 2 people. No compendium as to how find dining facilities. no wi-fi no info about the town.

Absolutely crap wifi - should NOT advertise as having. Kept falling out and must have the SMALLEST MBP in existence. Pages took 2-3 minutes to load and then dropped out. Not happy with this at all.

Owner cancelled our booking 5 mins before we arrived. Wanted us to pay as he was unhappy about wotif giving us a discount. Then we tried to call expedia.. in the usa for a refund.. we still havent gotten through. Accommodation was old, dingy and dirty. bathroom moldy bedspread dirty. I will never stay there again and advise anyone to not stay there... and I'll never book through wotif again.. you say youre aussie for travel but when things go wrong the contact number is in the USA... thats disgusting and disingenuous

This is an older motel in need of some TLC. The manager is also currently looking for housekeeping staff, so there are some things that need attention. However, the room was adequate for my need of somewhere safe and clean to sleep as an overnight stop on my long journey. The rate was also quite economical.

Room had sewerage smell and cleanliness left alot to be desired, dity spare pillows, dirty vanity shelf only could sleep with bathroom door shut and a/c on

Went to put on elec blanked no cord on one side went to tell office before we spoke this guy said whats the complaint he did bring a cord we went to put it on he had the controls taped up with duck tape wire connections showing Terrible smell coming from bathroom needs to have drains checked hard rockflat pillows needs to sake cleaners ceiling fan caked with black dust cobwebs behind tv its stuck to wall needs fresher looking bed linen very thin and old looking pillow slips need ironing

I think the price Wotif charged is disgraceful and I will never use your company again. The way the staff at the motel explained it and the system you and they use is open to abuse by limiting the avails, charging $80 above the listed price, then saying there were cancellations after I booked which dropped the price I could have paid on the day. I moved out and went elsewhere on the second night

Sir, Price was higher at the time when you book the room as fully booked out and last room booked by you and then at the time of check in due to Melbourne shut down their were lots of cancellations so price was dropped

Room decor unfinished; exposed wiring on light above sink; damp stains in bath/shower; only one small shampoo between two; no hand towels; damage on vanity. Staff friendly; comfy beds. Could do with a general makover.
