"We had a wonderful 2-night stay for a babymoon getaway and were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a top-floor room with Executive Lounge access after mentioning the special occasion ahead of time. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, and the Executive Lounge access, includes complimentary breakfast, which made the stay feel extra relaxing since we can sleep a bit longer.
