"Let me get the negatives out of the way first: I was super skeptical of having to use Aardvark Labs, as my booking forced me to use a 3rd party website. I even went through Vrbo support w/a live agent to confirm it was legit. It asks you to take pictures, scan your ID, etc so I was very on-edge of this being a scam. "The hotel was awesome but I don’t think the room they put me in was the one I paid for online. The pictures were showing a larger room and a sofa and balcony. We did not have those but had a smaller room and still paid over $500 for 2 nights. It was our first time there. I guess I’ll never know."
