"Friendly staff and clean room, the stove, TV and fridge worked, but that's all the good I can say. Wi-Fi was out the whole weekend even though they keep saying someone was coming out to fix it. Said they should have towels later, and they didn't. We had three people in our room with just two sets of towels. No trash cans in the room, no microwave. Our keys stopped working every day, and had to go to the office to fix. This place is not on top of things, and I would not recommend. "

Cannot say enough about Susanna, she arranged a transfer for me since my flight was at 6:00am, just so nice and accommodating, Quality Inn is very lucky to have her representing their brand. Brava !
