Customer service is non existent. The property is beautiful, the room was comfortable and the housekeeping staff were exceptional. But the front desk and bar staff gave us the feeling that we were bothering them. We were there for five nights and left the hotel for every meal. And only one elevator out of three worked. When we mentioned it, the impression was that they were unaware.

PGA National is one of the top golf courses I have been too. Resort exceptional! Birdies has the best coffee! Rooms clean, quiet, nice bath towels, warm water the whole shower, very comfortable beds, and love the vibe to the hotel. I will be back for another stay soon.
