We enjoyed a drink at the hotel bar and it was delish and also had dinner - so good - high end! Food and drinks at the pool were wonderful too! Our room was gorgeous with a view of the pools and golf course - the room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was great - we requested an extended check out due to a flight delay and we were able to pay for an extended time. Everyone was friendly and we’ll be back! It’s close to PBA university so when we come to visit we’ll be staying here again!

A New Experience in the West Palm Beach Area

We attended the grand opening party and had a wonderful experience. The pool areas, fitness room, and golf course were all impressive! The dining and service were upscale and justified the cost of staying at the property. My wife and I had a delightful time, and we highly recommend this property!

Great peaceful resort

The hotel looks & smells fantastic. It’s a beautiful new property. It’s very quaint & peaceful by the adult pool. The service by the pool was great. We had a young man from Colorado and he was hustling. All of the people around the pool were tidying & working hard. It was very clean. Our room was beautiful & stocked with everything. This is a very nice resort for a quick getaway. We enjoyed our stay here a lot.

Lovely stay at this new resort. Very nice pool and attentive staff. Well designed relaxation areas with fire pits for the evening. Spa and service were great! Food and service were also great. Good addition to the Autograph Collection. Given the resort is in a private community with gated access and there is plenty of space around, $48/day for required valet parking is beyond excessive. Even the Biltmore in Coral Gables and the Breakers in Palm Beach do not do that. Valet parking should be made optional. The hotel lobby and elevator scent was too much and smelled quite synthetic. Complimentary hotel bikes were a nice touch! Close to both, West Palm and Palm Beach.

Most of the staff were very friendly. However, the only issue was the difficult we had trying to reach people by phone. When I needed the wifi password very early morning it took the concierge 20 mins for them to answer the phone. I had to redial several times and when the staff member answered he was slightly rude.

Amazing hotel. Tomer, our concierge went above and beyond and we even had personalized water bottles waiting for us.!The staff was top notch and they really go out of their way to make you feel special. Can’t wait to visit again.

I really wanted to give this hotel a 5-star rating because the cleanliness was impeccable and the service was outstanding—everyone greeted me with a genuine, vibrant smile, which made me feel very welcome. However, the one major issue I experienced was a loud banging noise coming from the AC unit in Room 341, likely from the compressor. The noise occurred every 30 to 40 minutes throughout the night, making it impossible for me to get any sleep. Unfortunately, it was too late to request a room change by the time I realized how disruptive it would be. I did inform the front desk the next morning and requested a late check-out due to the lack of rest. It’s disappointing because I truly enjoyed everything else about my stay, but the AC issue made it hard to fully relax. I would love to return, but I’m hesitant until I can be sure this problem has been addressed.

Front desk staff personalities excellent, disshevled conscientiousness in managing folio transactions (pre-payments, deposits, etc). Considerable need for improvement on transparency. Hotel must be most appreciative of Tara - if it wasn’t for her, I would have gone to my good ‘ol’ friend Zach Witkoff and gotten resolution despite the small issue - purely principal. Small world. Let’s talk about the food: Take my opinion for what it might be worth. FIRE THE CHEF!! The biggest complement to a chef’s, I believe, is if next to no salt is needed in any food after it’s presented. In all this chef’s sauces or compliments either for breakfast or dinner were absolutely awful. We tried dinner Thursday eve and breakfast Fri morning. All just plain hands down terrible. We were going to stretch a little and take a risk over at the “Belgrove pancakes” but were met with very horrible attitude when asked what the so-called top-secret special ingredient was which we collectively received an answer by the breakfast wait staff that nobody knew what it was. Image in it was peanut butter or some oil that guest patrons were allergic too. You can’t play with secret ingredients there are expected to be ingested by a patron. That is just plain knucklehead narrow minded decision-making. Imagine the hotels exposure if that special ingredient that is so secret caused a deadly allergic reaction. Awful. However, let’s not lose focus on the big picture here, the fault lies with the GM!!

Very nice place the rooms are big ,and beautiful and the rooms are set with drinks, snacks , bath robes ,slippers , just a wonderful experience. I plan on coming back its a great staycation destination
