"We got trapped on elevator had call 911. And door on room lock stop working."

"Check in instructions did not give door code, the text reply was quick but the code did not work on the front door, it only worked for the back door so the front door was unusable for entry. Unable to use master shower, shower head was unable to be adjusted so the water was hitting the wall. All bath towels had hair stuck in the towels. Washing machine was molded, and had a horrible odor, the dryer automatic timer sensor would stop the dryer every 5-7 minutes so the clothes were unable to be dried.Bedroom 2 & 3 doors were unable to be locked, bathroom 2 door would shut but could be pushed open even if locked, so no privacy.Bath tub handle had mold.Kitchen pans were all scuffed and completely unable to be used, as the Teflon was peeling. Oven was completely broken, the heating unit in the oven was actually broken.Communication with the property manager was ok they sent maintenance to try to fix the washer, dryer, and oven but it was all unable to be fixed during my stay. Location was good, close to the areas we were visiting. "

"We stayed in Nashville for a cheer competition. This apartment was everything we needed and more. The location is perfect with plenty of parking. The kitchen was very well stocked, the beds were really comfy and the entire apartment, hallways and grounds were really well kept. Some have noted the trains behind the building, but they didn't bother us at all. We would definitely stay here again."

"I think the complementary bottle of wine was very nice. Beds were super comfortable. The speakeasy was super cool and a great experience to check out. I definitely want to give it a five star. My only recommendation is to have a good complementary coffee available.. y our place is perfect with so much character. Thank you! "

"Really enjoyed our stay here for the SEC Tournament. It was close enough to get back-and-forth quick but just far enough a way to get away from the chaos. The owner was fabulous to work with and helped us get settled in a little early so we can make the first games."

"The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Communication with the host was excellent. We were grateful to stay here although there were several things that could’ve been better. Unfortunately, the couch, as many have mentioned, is not comfortable and stained, so we watched tv in the bedroom. There were no coffee pods or teabags although there is a Keurig. Finally, the hair dryer was broken. We did hear the folks upstairs walking and vacuuming though this is expected in an apartment and it wasn’t a big deal. The train ran frequently and we missed this in the description. We would be happy to stay here again. "

"Beautiful clean and well stocked condo . Hosts are very easy to contact and available at all times . The neighborhood is quiet and well situated in the heart of Nashville. We enjoyed our stay ! "
