"We were in town for a music festival and the property was a perfect location from where it was being held. The kitchenette made it really easy to prepare meals instead of ordering delivery. There was also plenty of room to spread out. Genorice was very hospitable and really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed."

"Lovely spot, just 30 min to Brickell. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Area had lots of restaurants / bars."

"Clean. Excellent value, location, and communication by host."

"Amazing experience! We had no issues checking in, plenty of room and beautiful space. We had a clogged toilet that we could not get fixed with the plunger, I emailed the contact and within 16 min a man was here to fix it. Location can’t be beat, parking included was a HUGE perk. I have high standards with rentals, and this one met them all. Overall would totally stay again."

"This place was so cute and clean, the host was amazing and very responsive, even allowed us to check in early. I must say though, the shower was a bit complicated; the H and C roles were reversed lol"
