I've always been greeted with a smile and have been treated with politeness and a willingness to help. Excellent customer service. Aside from that... I come for the pool.. My grandkids want to stay in it the entire time we are here. A great shallow pool designed for families. The clean rooms, great location and continental breakfast are just added bonuses"

"Perfect location, my favorite hotel in Madison. I’ve been visiting 3 times a year for the last 3 years since my daughter has been at UW and I love this hotel. The governors club level is the bomb- with breakfast, drinks from late afternoon until late evening, appetizers and desserts. Very clean, comfortable beds, shuttle service do helpful. Will be coming back again. "
