I went down as I was going out to get something to eat, she she again asked if I had any questions or needed anything. My room, 409, was clean, had sufficient bathroom supplies, and the heat was working well. The location was quiet. "

"I had very little interaction with the staff. Nobody greeted me when I came in the door after I checked in and the room and building as a hole was not super clean and was outdated. Carpets were old and grungy. I even had mud prints from a boot on the floor in my bathroom. "
