"There was a very loud party that took place at the hotel for the one night we stayed, we were only told the day before because the staff called to say that there are not serving food. "Nice hotel, room well equipped, breakfast service was slow and only one cereal available, if you love spiders theres a big one in its web in the velxlux window above the stairs that lead up to the rooms. Other than that good value for £70 a night bnb but not great when saturday prices are £167 bnb on a Saturday night. Down side to was reception didnt open until 10 am on a Saturday even though sign said 9am. Would feel better if receotion was maned 24/7"

"The room was a reasonable price, just not well thought out re layout. Shower was quite mouldy and the showerhead needed a good descale. It was also a tad noisy as it was almost in the car park. Service wasn't great - quite slow, and they seemed to be struggling with the 'system' but staff were all pleasant. "

"Stayed Friday my birthday was on the Saturday they wrote happy birthday on the mirror left me a piece of cake with happy birthday piped in chocolate on the plate. Only critical thing I would say that we were on floor 7 and the traffic noise seemed very loud, we have stayed before and been on different floors facing a different ways and traffic noise was not heard. Breakfast is very good lots of choice and good value for money excellent "

"What makes the Link Hotel so special: All of the staff are great people without exception and this includes maintenance and cleaning staff. Really, they are helpful, friendly and responsive to any issues you may have. Here is a case of 5 star staff in a 3 star hotel. Special mention to Harry, Emily, Denise, Monique, Romana, Steph. Joanna on cleaning and Mark + Ashley on maintenance. Oh, and yes, the rooms are clean and even though the bathroom extractor fan didn’t work in our room, everything else was great. One of the Best breakfast buffets we’ve encountered anywhere. Would I stay here again? Without a doubt."
