Property was convenient to get on and off motorway which is what we needes. Clean rooms. Slightly smaller than I expected when booking a fanily room, and we had to carry a pushchair up and down a couple small flights of stairs, they did offer to help with that though. Overall good stay.

The hotel needs some updating. Should have charger points by the beds. Noisy doors, so kept awake until 1am Breakfast was good, although no gluten-free bread was available, just pre packed rolls.

I have stayed here before and had a better experience last time. On arrival the lady on reception was unfriendly, she didn't even tell me.to register my car on the system. I found out that i needed to do it the following morning. When leaving she was just as unfriendly. The room was not clean. There wer stains on the radiators and a random sweet on the floor. All in all very disappointing!

Friendly staff but rooms need an update

I stay at this hotel quite regularly & the staff are always really friendly & helpful. Over the last couple of years there’s clearly been an upgrade to reception & the bar/dining area but unfortunately no money has been spent on the rooms… they are tired & not in great shape with chips out of the doors & carpets could go with a good clean, they just need a revamp
