"Our stay was wonderful! We stayed in one of your presidential 2 room villas. The only thing I would recommend is that you keep a broom and dustpan in them for guests to use to sweep up the kitchen and dining areas."
"We stayed at this hotel and had a great experience, especially for the price—it was super affordable. Breakfast was included, which is a nice perk, though my husband and I never woke up early enough to catch it (I believe it ended at 9 AM).
The location was perfect—right across from Galveston Boulevard, so we just had to cross the street to get to the beach. Everything was really close by, which made our stay very convenient.
The hotel has a pool that’s open from 10 AM to 10 PM, which is a nice touch. I also appreciated that housekeeping came by daily to tidy up and bring fresh towels.
We only had one minor issue with the room key, but it was actually my fault. I had left it in a locker all day, and since it’s magnetic, that probably caused the problem. The front desk staff were helpful and not rude at all—they fixed it right away.
No hidden fees, and the A/C worked great throughout our stay. I honestly wouldn’t mind staying here again!"
