The staff and their service were absolutely top-notch—they went above and beyond our expectations and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The amenities were excellent, and both check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth and hassle-free. One of the biggest highlights was the luggage storage service. We were able to store our bags before check-in and after check-out, which made exploring Ottawa so much easier and stress-free. I would highly recommend this hotel to every single one of my friends and family visiting Ottawa. We will definitely be staying here again!"
