From the moment we arrived at Jamala Lodge we were impressed The setting of the Lodge was impressive and when we walked in it was a WOW factor The furnishings are inviting and the staff amazing we had our grandson with us who needed some extra attention and the staff could not have have been more helpful And where do we begin to describe the room experience with the huge fish tank and animals outside The dinner was delicious and I could go on and on!!!! I was lucky to find this place by chance last year on our annual pilgrimage to Summernats. As a fussy chef, I was amazed by the quality of food and the friendliness of the staff last year. Close to tourist attractions, neat and tidy, quiet. Only issue we had was the door was sticky and hard to open, other then that it was a pleasant stay.

Good sleep which is rare when I travel

Great staff really helpful The room and facilities were good, TV was average but was passable. Got plenty of coffee, tea and hot chocolate but if you are staying more then a day make sure to have a small milk. Overall great experience would definitely stay again.

We really loved the Ramada Diplomat. Not much not to like, in my opinion. It has a beautiful lobby and dining area. It looked like a luxury hotel and felt like one too. We had a ground floor recently refurbished room, and while we were not given a room with a view, our room had a lovely leafy outlook that gave us a visual escape after our days in the busy city. Great hotel, has everything you need, quality and value, centre of Woden and easy 10min drive to city. Only thing I didn't like was that the windows don't open and you have to pay for parking across the road.
