The condo was very nice and was exactly what was portrayed on VRBO. The beach was wonderful and the staff were always helpful. It was great to have a grocery store within walking distance too. Would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Family Getaway Near the Beach!
We had an amazing stay at this condo! The location is unbeatable - just a short walk away from the beach, which was perfect for our family. The place was exactly as described and shown in the pictures, and it exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kids loved the nearby attractions, and we enjoyed the convenience of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The space was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated with a family-friendly vibe. We appreciated the extra touches like beach toys and chairs provided by the host. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place for our family vacation. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway!

Amazing stay in paradise at the Boggy Sands
Our recent stay at Boggy Sands Club surpassed all expectations. Leading up to our arrival, Alfonso reached out to establish an easy communication channel for our group. He (and the team at Boggy Sands) were amazing, providing recommendations for our first trip to the island, helping setup our umbrellas, setting us up with kayaks/standup paddle boards, and even doing crafts with the kids on the beach! Also, Boggy Sands even had some rental cars on hand for our group, which was extremely helpful since all the rental car companies were sold out due to it being the peak Easter break week. We were so impressed by the luxurious amenities of our villa. The kitchen was stocked with high end pots, pans, baking dishes, and any kitchen tool you could think of. We made a number of wonderful meals to enjoy in the home. Our group couldn’t decide where we preferred viewing the sunset- from our amazing roof top deck, sitting on the amazing beach or from the crystal blue water of our private beach. It’s clear every detail was considered to make the starfish 2 Villa the epitome of comfort. Our kids were thrilled by the bunk bed room and the adults in our group all found the beds to be extremely comfortable. The location was exactly as described, it was a short and easy walk to the beach and a few great restaurants (Heritage Kitchen and Bayside), grocery store, and liquor store. The kids loved to play at the beach through the day and then head to the pool for some shade and more swimming

Great Get Away with Everything you Want and Need ....
The property itself is spacious, clean and very well appointed. We had two families (9 total) with 5 children ranging from 16 to 20 years old. Plenty of room to get together and hang our or chill by yourself. The beach area is amazing with everything that you would want to relax and play. We laid by the beach, paddle boarded, swam and spent quit a bit of time snorkeling. The sunsets from the top of the building were spectacular. We met a couple of the owners that were very helpful and informative. The staff was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. They used Whatsap to communicate and it was very effective. Plenty of great places to eat within driving distance. Taxis were a bit expensive but very responsive and always ontime when we booked ahead. A grocery store and liquor store (and Dairy Queen!) were within walking distances and they supplied wagons to help carry items if you don't have a car. Overall an amazing trip. I would highly recommend this property.

Everything about our stay was great Our Condo, Starfish 2, was exceptional, Very clean, modern, well appointed. The layout of the condo was perfect . Very spacious with plenty of room for all. The beach was quiet and beautiful. the pool was close, close to grocery, beer, wine, and restaurants. Try the Coconut Grouper at Heritage Kitchen just a 3 minute walk. Just across the street you could catch a Public Bus into Georgetown, Try the Waffle Monkey and apple cinnamon waffles for breakfast. Finally our host Alfonso was great to all of us and made our stay special. Highly recommend Alfonso and this property.

Great Girls Getaway
We came to the Cayman's never having been here before and did not know where to stay or what to expect. The staff was more than accommodating and helpful for whatever we needed. There were 10 total of us and the house was perfect! There was room for all of us, plenty of bathrooms, amazing supplies, especially in the kitchen, even high end things like Le Creuset and All-Clad cookware. The walk to the beach was so easy and close and there were wagons to bring there along with a bluetooth speaker. The weather was beautiful, the grocery store and liquor store was within a five minute walk and very easy. The beach was nice but very rocky tyring to get into the water, but once in and past the rocks, it was beautiful. The only thing that could have been a little better was if there was a bar within walking distance from the beach with drinks and maybe small snacks. We were able to bring our own food and drinks to the beach, which saved money, but having another option would have been nice. Oh, and the rooftop deck was beautiful!

Family Getaway
Loved Starfish 2 at Boggy Sands Club!!! The property was even better than the photos on the website. Lots of room for our family which was 6 adults and 2 toddlers. King size beds in all the bedrooms for the adults and a wonderful room with bunk beds for the kids. Ruaneik and the team thought of just about everything. If we had a question we messaged them and they responded right away!!! The kitchen was well stocked with top of the line cookware and dishes. Little details like night lights, individual thermostats in the bedrooms, wagons for the beach and LOTS of BEACH TOWELS made this stay even better than we expected. The private beach club, which was a short walk from the condo was a definite favorite of ours. Alfonso was great and catered to our every need. Beach toys for adults and kids kept everyone happy!!! The beach was beautiful and close to great snorkeling. The grocery store and Heritage Kitchen(amazing local Cayman food) are within easy walking distance.

Great Stay
We were here for 3 nights and loved our stay. We spent time at the pool area and beach club. It was nice to take paddle boards and kayaks out near the beach club. Cemetery beach is also close by for snorkeling. The condo was huge and we had enough space for 7 adults. We also loved watching sunsets from the rooftop.

This was by far our favorite vacation to date. The property was incredible. It was spacious leaving us plenty of room to stay as a family. All the appliances and decor were high end and well cared for. The rooftop terrace has a breathtaking view of the ocean. The private beach is a short walk away and was beautiful and relaxing. The property manager gets 5/5 stars for being very communicative and accessible. Our kind host provided a list of restaurants and activities that was top notch. All in all, this was an incredible stay and we will definitely be back!

This was a beautiful modern condo with perfectly appointed kitchen , bedrooms, & baths.
The condo was very roomy with high ceilings, comfortable beds, & a kitchen with absolutely every high-end gadget, pot, & utensil you could possibly need. It was spotless & felt brand new. Checkin was easy, communication quite good, & Alfonso, who oversaw beach activities was SO kind and helpful! The only con was that it was not waterfront, but of course you can see that from the listing. It was just a few min walk to the beach area, which was private for property users. If waterfront is not important to you, book this property now!

Best property on 7-mile beach
We stayed on 7-mile beach frequently over the last 20 years, trying both hotels and condos. This property is absolutely the best. The property is well constructed within the last 3 years with a hip and modern flare. The ceilings are high and the bedrooms are many and comfortable with a TV in each room. The kitchen is well stocked and equipped with high end appliances. The balcony is private and quiet and screened, perfect for a family breakfast with birds chirping. The whole property complex is gated and a service road in the back of the property leads to the private beach attended by Alfonso, who is super friendly and helpful in setting us up with life vests, or paddle boards if we needed. The snorkeling right off the beach is surprisingly better than many of the other more touristy spots. This condo is super luxurious so it’s always hard to get the family to leave the property. The location is great since it’s within walking distance to the supermarket and to Heritage Kitchen, which serves the best grouper on the island. The check in and check out process is a breeze and the management staff are truly professional and a pleasure to communicate with. We actually think of this place as our new “home away from home” on Cayman and will be back frequently in the future. So glad to find this hidden gem!

Fabulous condo, resort and island experience. Highly recommended.
The condo is brand new and extremely well designed. The kitchen is well equipped. I desperately wanted to cook, but we only had breakfast and lunch there. The pool is quite lovely and quiet. The small walk to the beach is easy down a service road. The beach itself is one of the best on the island in my opinion. Quiet and stunning ocean with very few rocks. Alfonso (works on the beach) was incredible. And had all the equipment we needed. The island itself was perfect and we had the best adventures. And the restaurants are fabulous and family friendly as well. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

Beautiful beach getaway
Our family rented this beautiful property for Spring Break and we were throughly pleased. The quick walk to the beach was easy for the kiddos and the toy bus and Alfonso were a definite bonus! My 21 year old nephews loved the use of the paddle boards and kayaks, and the sand toys were great for the littles. The condo itself was well kept and clean with a desirable layout. We all had space to stretch out without stepping over each other. The location of the property was nice and easy to get around in our rental car. Communication leading up to our trip was top-notch, as this was a rebook from summer of 2020. They answered all questions leading up to our trip, then continued to do so once we arrived. Shaye was an absolutely GEM and filled us with all needed information upon our arrival. I would definitely book this property!

My family stayed in Starfish 2. The condo was spacious, comfortable and clean, the kitchen was well appointed with high end appliances, cookware, and everything we needed to make a nice dinner if we didn't feel like going out. Ruaneik was there to answer any of our questions and check in was a breeze. The private beach was beautiful and just a short walk from the condo where Alfonso made sure we had everything we needed for a great day, he went out of his way to make us feel welcome and even gave my family paddle board lessons.

The condo was perfect (exactly like the interior pictures showed) and we loved the rooftop area! The staff was prefessional and friendly. The condo was walking distance to grocery/liquor stores and restaurants. The beach did crowded a couple day but Alfonzo was always there and the BoggyBeachBus to welcome you with a smile. Be aware that the first picture shown of a house on the website, is not the property. It’s a condo a short (very short) walk to the beach. It’s a little misleading how the property is listed. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

The condo in Boggy Sands was perfect - there were 6 of us, super easy access to the private beach (with phenomenal snorkeling just off the sand) super convenient grocery store, liquor store, and the wonderful Bay Side restaurant all with a 5 minute stroll. The appliances, the cookware, knives, etc were all high end and quality. The check in process with brief and informative, and the condo was beautiful and exactly what we hoped for. Our trip to the Cayman Islands was nothing short of spectacular! From the booking process, to arrival, during our stay and departure, the staff at Boggy Sands was outstanding! They were always available to answer questions, reconnect the wifi, provide restaurant recommendations, activities to do, etc. We stayed in the Starfish 2 with 9 people (2 families). The condo is very spacious, the kitchen has all of the necessities (and some) you could possibly need. We did laundry while we were here, which as nice. The bedrooms were all spacious and very comfortable. The property was always clean. The beach water is out of this world. Exactly like the pictures. They had an old bus they used for storage of water equipment which was cool. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. We highly recommend coming to stay at the Boggy Sands Club. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for a wonderful stay! PS. It was our 10 year anniversary. We were greeted with pastries and a cake. We also arranged to renew our wedding vows on the beach here. It was perfect!! I am sure I am missing things...but if you're on the fence about staying here, I promise it is WELL worth it :)

Our stay at Boggy Sands was beyond amazing! So many places were within walking distance (grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and the beach) which made it so easy and convenient. Both Ruaneik and Mr. Powery were so helpful and gave us many recommendations on things to do and places to eat. The place was perfect for 2 families and it had everything and more you would need while staying there. It was very clean and such a beautiful place to stay! Boggy Sands is a beautiful property with spectacular amenities and fully equipped!
We appreciated the kids beach toys, stand up paddle boards, life jackets, etc, etc. This is one of the nicest VRBOs we’ve enjoyed staying at over the years (clean, very well equipped and beautifully decorated). Great Getaway
Wonderful way to visit Grand Cayman. This is a perfect place to stay with a large group of family or friends (there were 9 of us). The property is very well equipped (including the kitchen), the location is very convenient, and it's easy to enjoy the beach and water with everything included. There is snorkel gear but if you have your own you might like it better. We had "Chef Sheri" cook our meals for two of the days we were there - we would highly recommend this. It's no more cost than eating out and the food is both healthy and amazing!!! She also takes care of all of the groceries. We would definitely do this again.

Great vacation except for the construction noise
Stayed here with our 7adults and 1 child family on 12/11 thru 12/19, 2019. We had the third floor with beautiful view of the ocean. No elevator (YET) and I will get to that later so we had to lug all our luggage up three floors by ourselves. Kind of expected help from the staff so pretty disappointed at the time. Accommodations were beautiful and clean. Pool area was very nice but noisy and I will get to that later. Short walk to the beautiful 7 mile beach area. Lots of water sports activity equipment at beachside building. Decent snorkeling right off shore. Now to the noise issues: There are free roaming chickens everywhere and walk freely through the property including the pool area. They constantly make noises and rooster's crows. Even worse than the chickens is the construction noise coming from the 2 new building under construction and the crew installing the new elevator in our building. On weekdays it's nonstop noise from 7AM to 4 or 5PM. In our building the drilling and hammering from the elevator crew was so loud we couldn't talk or relax. I tried relaxing by the poolside a couple days but the constant construction noise cancelled that out. The weekend was perfect because the crews were off. If it weren't for the chickens and the construction noise I would rate this property a 5 star in every category.

Property was just as advertised. Unit has all the amenities you could want. The beach is just a short walk away with plenty of beach gear and perfect snorkeling. Also short walk to grocery store, liquor store and 3 restaurants that we enjoyed. Highly highly recommend. We were a family of 10 with 4 kids who shared the bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Had a takeout Thanksgiving dinner - turkey with all the fixings from Chicken! Chicken! Great vacation - everyone was friendly.

Amazing Week at Boggy Sands
This villa is one of the most gorgeous places we have ever rented! Highly recommended, especially if you're traveling with two families. There was construction at the entrance (looks like they're building another unit) but it didn't affect our stay at all. The walls are solid concrete, so other than the roosters in the morning, it was quiet inside the condo! I would suggest bringing your own shampoo and conditioner, as the little bottles they leave in each shower only lasted us a couple of days. It's a quick 30 second walk to the beach - which is a little house they own that stores all the paddle boards, kayaks, chairs, floaties, etc. and the beach is pretty much you're own private paradise! Not crowded like many of the other hotel beaches. If you like to walk the beach like we did, it'll definitely get your legs in shape, as it's quite sloped at the beginning of your walk (if you're heading towards Seven Mile Beach). An extremely well equipped kitchen), even has a Dyson cordless sweeper to get all the sand off the floor. I will admit, the clothes dryer seemed to take a while to dry stuff, not sure why, after Ruaneik told us what mode to put it on, that seemed to help. Short walk to the grocery store, which was great - also loved the Caribbean Grill restaurant in that same shopping center, ended up eating there three times. We had our own snorkeling gear for our condo, and there was even more if your size wasn't right (in the pool storage room - along with life jackets of all sizes). One thing we noticed was that our building didn't have an elevator - the one next to us did, and we were fine walking the three flights of stairs, but just make a note if that's something that might be difficult for someone in your group. Beds, even down to the sheets - AMAZING! Lots of bath towels and pool/beach towels, someone before us must've left laundry detergent because we didn't have to use what we brought. Just can't say enough about this wonderful place!!!

The condo was even better than the pictures. And the beach really is as close as it is described. Everything in the condo is top-notch; the appliances, furniture, showers; everything. The pool was right next to the condo. The separate beach house, right on the beach, with paddle boards, floaties, kayaks, snorkeling gear was very convenient. The private beach was never busy. The grocery store was a short walk. I highly recommend this property !

Beyond Paradise!
We rented the penthouse unit at Boggy Sands and it was fantastic & everything they said it was! The place is beautifully decorated and had everything that we needed (except hair conditioner, haha!). Everything here is top end, from the soft sheets to the comfy towels and the Le Creuset cookware. The kids really enjoyed the bunk beds and the fact that they could all be together in one room! No need to pack pool towels either, there were plenty of them! They supplied life jackets & snorkel gear & plenty of floats for the pool & beach. We were initially concerned about the walk to the beach due to our small children, but it was just down a path and across the street, we had no problems what so ever! And the beach, it was like our own piece of Paradise! The water here is spectacular, so crystal clear! In the mornings you could watch all the turtles swimming by, as it was mating season. We really enjoyed the roof top and the pool pavilion as well. The owner responds quickly to inquiries and the Property Manager came faster than necessary when we asked for more dish soap. They even gave us a cell phone to use for local calls, like reservations and to contact the property manager if needed. That was very convenient, we used it to request massages from a local place that came out to the condo. We also hired a local chef to cook for us and I can highly recommend that you do so if you really want to enjoy your vacation! Chef Sherri did the food shopping for us & we were fully stocked upon arrival. Who wants to be food shopping and cooking while on vaca? She even prepped for us & made sure we had leftovers for the days that we didn't have her there. But I can tell you that my daughters said they really missed her on her 2 days off! We did meal planning & a shopping list in advance of our trip via email & texting. I cannot tell recommend any place more spectacular than here. We've only ever stopped at Grand Caymans on a cruise for a few hours, and now I so wish we had discovered this island many years ago! If you're considering it, look no further, Best vacation ever! The kids enjoyed the turtles, sting ray city, the starfish, and the bioluminescence bay was awesome, thanks Georges Watersports! Everything was very close by, perfect location.

Our family stayed in the Penthouse of the Driftwood 3 for a week in June and from the moment we walked through the door we felt like home. The pictures are what drew us in while searching for a place to stay on Grand Cayman but when we arrived to see everything in person we were even more pleased. This condo is tremendous, impeccably decorated, extremely clean and stocked with everything you may need. It’s apparent how much thought and pride went into these homes, no shortcuts taken and they literally thought of everything! As beautiful as it is on the inside it’s even more beautiful on the outside. The pool area, rooftop deck and beach area all stunning! They supplied all the beach towels, chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, umbrellas and more! Two minute walk to the beach. Close to restaurants, grocery store and liquor store. Kudos to Morne and Jane for creating such an elegant retreat. Definitely worth every dime and we for sure will be back!

Wonderful stay
We wouldn’t change a thing about our stay in this condo. It was beautifully furnished and perfectly clean. It had everything we needed and wanted, from all the right kitchen gadgets to tons of beach gear. The section of beach is gorgeous, and the snorkeling is great. It is about a 3 minute walk to a nice grocery store and liquor store, yet the condos are secluded and private. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Wonderful Family Vacation
Boggy Sands Club is a beautiful property. The layout and design of the penthouse was perfect for our family of 9. The house had everything that we needed. The beach was gorgeous and there were plenty of beach toys. We were able to paddle board and kayak out and see some beautiful fish with the snorkel gear that they provided. Being able to finish off the day at the pool was a bonus too. There were gorgeous views from the rooftop where we enjoyed the sunsets. We love that Boggy Sands is in a quiet neighborhood and we felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. The property was clean and beautifully designed. Grocery store is a quick walk around the corner and they even provide a cell phone to contact the property manager if you needed something. I highly recommend staying here and plan to come back next year!

Still the best on Island!!!
We have stayed probably 6 weeks over the last 18mos and cannot express how amazing Boggy Sands is - way better than a hotel option for families or larger groups! The quality of the build is far far superior to most on the island and Morne and Jane and Raneik are the best!! From the beach front house with all the water toys to the pool area and games, they have thought of everything both in and out of the condo. High end kitchen ware and appliances, comfy white bedding and lots of towels. You won't be disappointed! Also, extremely quiet (even with the development happening next door)...I promise you won't notice it. Have a great stay, but book early.....its mostly full 12mos in advance. Cheers.

Boggy Sands paradise!
This area of the island on the northern end of 7 mile beach is away from the crowds and a 30 min walk (4 min drive) to the Kimpton Hotel. The private beach is perfect and of course beautiful like all of 7 mile beach. The 2,450 sq ft condo is decorated in a simple, crisp and classic island theme. We had a very short walk to the beach. And the Fosters IGA grocery store was a 2 min walk. Incredible snorkeling for the entire family with good reefs to the left and right of our beach. We couldn’t be happier with our stay! Thank you!

Spectacular Cayman Vacation
We stayed on the top floor of the Boggy Sands Club and the condo is outstanding. Clean, modern with all of the amenities you need for an island get away. The views from the roof deck are incredible. The kitchen is well stocked with gadgets, appliances and plenty of outdoor wine glasses! The condo is walking distance to a big grocery store and liquor store. (Note they are closed on Sundays on the island) Most importantly, a very short walk to the beach, and the owners provide plenty of beach chairs, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, coolers, beach towels and more for your beach get away. We felt like we had our own, private stretch of the magnificent Seven Mile Beach. Thank you, Morne and Jane for a very special vacation!!
